Privacy policy

Law No. 29733
This policy explains what personal data we collect on crowbar.pe, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, in line with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
Data controller
CROWBAR is a paid social and performance marketing agency being incorporated in Lima, Peru. Until the company is incorporated, the data controller is Favio Quenaya. You can reach us at hola@crowbar.pe.
What we collect
- What you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp, budget range, vertical of interest and message.
- Where your visit came from: campaign parameters (utm), Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), the page you landed on and the referring page.
What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and arranging a conversation.
- Preparing a proposal if you ask for one.
- Measuring which campaigns and searches bring us enquiries.
We don’t sell your data or use it for other purposes without your consent.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the authorization box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form enquiries are stored in a Google spreadsheet and notified by Google email. These providers may store data on servers outside Peru, which is an international data transfer.
How long
We keep your data for up to two years after your last contact with us, or less if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) by writing to hola@crowbar.pe. If you feel we didn’t address your request, you can contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
Measurement
If you arrive from a Google ad, we may use the Google Ads tag to record that you submitted the form. You can limit this measurement in your browser’s or Google account’s privacy settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
